▶︎ アボカド、きゅうり、ネギ など
▶︎ 白米と玄米（半々）
▶︎ すし酢
▶︎ クッキーカッター

ー トッピングやデコレーション用の具材 ー

▶︎ タマゴ（錦糸卵 用）
▶︎ にんじん、大根
▶︎ いくら
▶︎ しそ
▶︎ 甘エビ
▶︎ 一味唐辛子
▶︎ タラコふりかけ
